About the Role
Service Admin Duties
· Supporting with all service team admin tasks
· Logging call outs – via email and phone
· Ordering Parts via internal system and logging same via excel
· Chasing engineers for reports
· Creating Quotes and sending to customers
· Sending reports to customers
· Chasing POs from customers
General Admin Duties
· Answering phone calls – installations and other
· Deliveries – logging them including installations – advising the relevant parties know and marking the parts / units
· Ad-Hoc Administration tasks
Hours:
8:30 - 5pm Mon to Thurs and 8:30 - 4pm
Annual leave:
20 days
